In late June, we added a new feature to allow you to ask sellers direct questions about lots from the lot page. This had been requested from quite a few users.
To use the feature, simply log in, visit a lot page, and scroll to the bottom where you’ll see a chronological list of past comments with inline replies. Ask your question, and the seller will receive an email. When the seller replies to that comment (either by email or by logging in), you will receive an email too with the reply.
Of course, most sellers also have their phone number and email address posted on their profile page if you’d like to contact them that way as well.
